The ADDAX Group is doing the Transfer Agent scam

Kiri Hong is quoting "www.stock-trading-world.com" as the company website. Take a look and you will see it is a bad example of a website with Adsense placed in it. On top of which the domain owner has nothing to do with this. The crooks just found the domain name and used it.

Any professional and legal company would have it's own website and would quote contact details such as telephone number and e-mail. There would be other things which would confirm the website was owned by the company. In this case, this is not so.

To get to the point, this is a Transfer Agent scam e-mail.

Trans Export wants you to transfers their illicit Phishing profits

Believe it or not, this works as the back end of Phishing e-mails.

The crooks plunder the accounts from the phishing e-mails and transfer the money to the "Agent's" account. He then cashes the money and sends it per Western Union to a receiver somewhere in another country.

Sure he gets 10% of the cash, but he also gets 100% of the trouble once his account has been traced by the police.

That means he will be arrested for fraud and anything else the police can come up with.

Sure he can prove that he transfered most of the money, due to the receipts from Western Union. Unfortunately the authorities usually count the "Agent" as one of the crooks. So he is the one who has to "pay" for all the crimes the crooks have commited.

Believe me I have spoken to enough victims to know that this is how it works.
