This time they not using a "known" lottery company name as a front. Apart from that it's the usual Lottery Scam e-mail.

Just like all the rest of the Lottery E-Mails this one is serving you with information to make it sound honest and serious. Of course the name "UK Lottery" is also being misused.

Take a look at the sentence:

Note that you do not need a Ticket to enter or win an email lottery., your email was selected by our [CDS], randomly.

So they obviously have learned to put the first question of doubt at rest by saying you don't need a ticket. What they fail to tell you is that several fees are due and, most important of all, you never get the prize money ....
