"Register a domain name and you are in business" Part II

I tried to convince Microsoft, or should I say, MSN to close the E-mail account at "royalgamesuk.com" a couple of days ago.

 

It was a most frustrating experience. There was no contact information where I could report the misuse of the domain. After calling Microsoft Germany, they connected me with the support hotline who quoted "abuse@hotmail.com".

 

This was no use either. Why? Simply because it was not a Hotmail abuse and they said they were not the right place to deal with my complaint.

 

So what to do in such a case? I chose to report it to John Seethoff. The only contact address from somebody at the top I could find.

 

If it will work? I have no idea.
