Dr. Madu seems to be a man with money ...

What exactly in Dr. Madu suggesting? He says he was a Financial Controller at the NNPC. Has he gotten the funds through "over charged contracts" which he managed for his former employer? I don't believe that at all.

On the contrary, it is doubtful that he was employed by the NNPC.

Did you notice, he says the money is already in Europe (Amsterdam?), deposited with a so-called "security company" and can be picked up.

And what happens next, is something we already know about.
