ECOWAS Contract and Inheritance Money
For some reason or other, were two scam e-mails with ECOWAS in the subject line. If you have never heard of this organisation, Wikipedia has more information which explains it in more detail.
Now this message uses the term "contract and inheritance payment". Which mixes up the usual stories to be expected from the africans.
The second message will be quoted in a separate post.
