My Dear Beloved,

I am the above named person but now undergoing medical treatment in Costa del Sol Hospital,Spain. I am married to Dr Husain Amir ho was a merchant in Dubai, in the U.A.E. for nine years before he died in the year 2001. We were married for eleven years without a hild.
