Global Mega Lottery and Africans

Now this one is a bit confusing. They say I have won in the Global Mega Lottery but have UK National Lottery in the footnote.

The message is from Adam Smith in London, but I will be contacted by a South African agent?

Don't these people know you never trust an "African" bearing tidings of a Lottery Prize?

THEY ARE ALWAYS TRY CHITTING PEOPLE, I HOPE NO ONE BELIEF THAT HE WIN A LOTTERY THAT HE NEVER BUY. THE MOST MISTAKE OF THEM IS TO MAKE OUR BAIL INBOX FULL OF GARBAGE. THEY ARE DOING THEIR KARMA TO GO INTO HELL.

FIRST OF ALL, HERE IS A COUNTRY THAT IS STARVING THE CHILDREN THEY KEEP BRINGING INTO THIS WORLD, SO WHY ON GOD'S GREEN EARTH WOULD THEY GIVE SOMEONE ALL THAT MONEY, COME ON NOW, DONT YOU THINK IF THEY HAD A LICK OF COMMON SENSE, AND A NICKLE FOR EVERY SCAM, THEY WOULD USE IT TO CLEAN UP THEIR OWN BACK YARD?

Unfortunately it is Africans who run the Lottery Scams. They don't care about cheating people out of their money for false promises, so I don't believe they care much about their countrymen living on the poverty level.
