National lottery in promotion of 2010 world cup they have selected my email for winning prize amount of US$1,000,000.00 on 28th July 2006. I am in India. They sent bank proform , bank confirmation letter, bank transaction. next step on 2nd August 2006 they asked me to send US$900 AS PROCESSING CHARGES. that they cannot deduct the amount from the winning prize as it is insured amount. My govt.did not give me licence to send the amount for the said purpose. The lottery agent John Owen advised me to send as gift or his diplomate's account in New Delhi to be transferred. For which I refused because at that time I verified complete history of these types of fraud in the website.
Similarly on 31.8.2006 I received another email to state that my email was selected for the OMEGA Lottery, in promotion of 2010
world cup and Nelson Mandelas photo is also there,winning prize amount of TWO MILLION POUNDS.
He sent his staff photos, his photo he contacted me on phone number of times. He wrote letter that he will not deceive the said amount. He asked me to pay US$3,500 DOLLERS CHARGES TO HAND OVER THE CONSIGNMENT, He sent me winning Certificate also.
The claims agent name is Macdonald Benson above 60 years his phone No.27838996388. He sent the consignment to Delhi through deplomate. They telephoned me to bring the amount. Macdonald telephoned to me and said to pay the amount to receive the consignment. I said as my claims agent you pay the amount and deliver the consignment to me then after verifying the same, from that amount itself i will pay 10% of received cash amount. Since then I did not receive any calls or emails. Surprisingly both the Lottery's office situated at AUCKLAND JOHANSBURG
You have to stop this type of organized crimes on online by using the Govt.s name and World Cup 2010 promotion S.A.
Another Email I received from the same country from Miss Mariam Mussa
that she is orphan that her relatives throwed her out of the house to take the possession of her properties. Her father made some suspense account by which she wanted to study in abroad for that she was asking advice to help. I think and verified it is also fake.
Whare is the problem lies with Affrican's why they are not in a position to maintain peaceful life.

if that is hard ti belive i should the riches man in the world ever weak i have the lotter but the all come from south afica just sead there email to the police and let the frud squadse deal with it
